Q1 Series Set Up Steps

Connect：

The IRD RF in need connect to the satellite dish.

LNB Frequency：
There is an LNB on the satellite dish,Please check the LNB details,it have LNB frequency.

The above picture show LNB frequency is 10750Mhz.

C band LNB frequency is 5150Mhz&5750Mhz.

Ku band LNB frequency is 9750Mhz,10600Mhz,10750Mhz,11300Mhz.

DVB-S/S2 input frequency range is 950Mhz~2150Mhz.
 

Satellite information:
Check which satellite you connected,you can check on web,it have the satellite all frequency.
The web can show satellite information: https://www.lyngsat.com/

If you have DVB-S/S2 STB,please check which frequency can locked on STB.

 
Example:

Satellite Frequency is 10815Mhz,H is Horizontal(18V),SR(Symbol Rate) is 27500ksps.

LNB Frequency is 9750Mhz.Input Frequency is 1065Mhz.

DVB-S/S2 Input Frequency=|Satellite Frequency-LNB Frequency|

∵10815-9750=1065Mhz.∴The web can saved.

Satellite Frequency is 3926Mhz,V is vertical(13V),SR(Symbol Rate) is 5832ksps.

LNB Frequency is 5150Mhz.Input Frequency is 1224Mhz.

DVB-S/S2 Input Frequency=|Satellite Frequency-LNB Frequency|

∵5150-3926=1224Mhz.∴The web can saved.

We need make signal strength and quality good,then it can locked or work well on IRD.

If the satellite signal is too strong or too weak, it will affect the locking.Most of our DVB-S/S2 IRD input level is -65dbm~-25dbm.

When LNB frequency is 10600Mhz,22K,need open.

Log in web management page

Find device IP on LCD,Connect NMS port to PC,use Firefox and Chrome browser log in,username is admin,password is admin

Tuner Locked

Band,click L1,Edit

LNB Frequency is 9750(22K set off) and 10600(22K set on),the settings are shown in the figure

Parse Program,Program Mux--->Main Mux,the steps are shown in the figure

MPTS Out

MPTS out,Program Mux-->Main Mux-->MPTS,the steps are shown in the figure

MPTS UDP address set,Output-->MPTS IP Stream,Enable show green

SPTS Out

SPTS out,Program Mux--->Main Mux--->SPTS,the steps are shown in the figure

SPTS UDP address set,Output--->SPTS IP Stream,Enable show green

Multicast IP range:224.0.0.0~239.255.255.255

Unicast IP address (destination ip address) like this 192.168.2.5,set destination IP address same network segment with Encoder DATA IP address.If play the stream on pc,the destination ip is the pc ip.

Play UDP address on VLC    Format is udp://@239.2.2.2:2000

Connect data port to pc network port(1GB) directly.Close PC firewall and anti-virus software.

If use VLC cannot play the stream,please use tsreader check.
