43 Million IPTV Subscribers, 93 Million Cable Subscribers

Market research firm Infonetics released the second edition of this year, "the number of pay-TV subscribers," the report (Note: This report is based on the global cable, satellite, IPTV and other video service providers more than 140 data research) shows that in North America and the total number of users in Europe, cable TV and IPTV, the former continues to decrease, the latter continues to increase.
Infonetics principal analyst for broadband access and pay-TV field Heynen said the first quarter of 2013, IPTV users in North America and Europe were tested growth trend, while the total number of cable subscribers is falling.
