---the device can`t log in to the web of management page
1.Please check that the device network is connected properly and the light status of the device's network port is normal. In generally, the green light is on and the orange light flashes.
2.What is the IP address of the device? Please check that the IP address is entered incorrectly, or the address is conflicting.
3.Open the CMD command, check if the device is connected with the ping command.
4.What is the IP of the computer to log on to the device page? And whether the device is on the same network segment. (Such as the device address is 192.168.2.100, the computer's address should be 192.168.2.XXX)
5.Connect the device and the computer with network cable directly without any other device between them,check can login in or not
6.Restore the factory settings, the default address is 192.168.1.168. Please hold down the reset button until the green and the network port lights are all off, then the device is reset successfully.
---no stream output
1.Check that the signal source, is there any stream into the encoder
2.Check the HDMI cable or SDI cable,make sure the cable is good
3.Play with the VLC player to check that the input address is correct
4.Check that the parameter settings are correct
5.Equipment connect the computer directly with the network cable, play by VLC to check
---the output stream not smooth
1.Check the source,make sure the source is good
2.Check HDMI cable or SDI cable,make sure the cable is good
3.Check the input voltage is correct or not
4.Change another computer for check the output stream
5.Check the network is good or not
6.Check resolution and bit rate of the video output, whether the bit rate is set too low
7.Change GOP/Key interval value.When the source frame is 25,set the value to 25/50;when the source frame is 30,set the value to 30/60
8.Change the TS Mode/Package(ffmpeg/vlc)
9.Equipment connect the computer directly with the network cable, play by VLC to check that the output is normal
10.Reset the device by hardware,then check the output
--Push stream to RTMP Server
1.Check your rtmp server information:
(1)rtmp server IP (such as:192.168.2.160)
(2)rtmp port (such as:1935,80)
(3)rtmp app name/application (such as:rtmp,live)
(4)rtmp stream name/stream(such as:hdmi,main,CCTV)
(5)Check the stream have username and password or not
2.Insert right information on the encoder
a、HD301S、HD401S、HD316S、HD416S push stream interface ( Access-->Main RTMP)
b、HD301、HD401、HD316、HD416 push stream interface (HDMI Main)
Note:when you push stream to internet,pls make sure the device is connect to internet.
Your router is connect to internet,the device need connect to your router.
The device IP need set the same network segment with your router.The gateway is the same with your router.
3.If cannot push to RTMP server successfully,please change the DNS
use such as 8.8.8.8;8.8.4.4;114.114.114.114.

1.HD301S、HD401S、HD316S、HD416S
a、HTTP：http://192.168.1.168:80/main
b、RTSP：rtsp://192.168.1.168:554/main
c、HLS：http://192.168.1.168:8080/hls/show.m3u8
d、RTMP：rtmp://192.168.1.168:1935/hls/show
Open HLS：(Access-->Service Info-->HLS select）
2.HD301、HD401、HD316、HD416
a、HTTP：http://192.168.1.168:80/hdmi
b、RTSP：rtsp://192.168.1.168:554/hdmi
c、HLS：http://192.168.1.168:8235/hls/hd-live.m3u8
d、RTMP：rtmp://192.168.1.168:1935/hls/hd-live
Open HLS and RTMP：(Extended-->RTMP+HLS Setting-->RTMP-HLS stream)
--After reset,encoder IP come to default IP address
1.HD301S、HD401S、HD316S、HD416S：
Default IP：192.168.1.168
Universal address：192.168.100.168（192.168.200.168；192.168.220.168）
2.HD301、HD401、HD316、HD416:
Default IP：192.168.1.168
If you can ping the encoder IP,but cannot login in,pls try login in the web by IP:90.Then update the encoder.
--Video output jitter
1.HD301S、HD401S、HD316S、HD416S:
When the input source resolution is 1080I,The output:main stream select auto,ext stream select the right resolution you need.
2.HD301、HD401、HD316、HD416:
When the input source resolution is 1080I60,output stream frame insert 30;When the input source resolution is 1080I50,output stream frame insert 25
